“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished”
Living in alignment with the cyclical nature of life
By embracing the energies of each season— from the introspective yin qualities of autumn and winter to the flourishing yang essence of spring and summer—we allow ourselves to cultivate compassion and grace amidst life’s natural ebbs and flows. The teachings of the five acts of Siva remind us that life is an ever-evolving journey through creation, preservation, destruction, concealment and grace.
We are cyclical beings, change is not only natural but necessary; we are not bound to remain the same. We invite you to journey through the seasons with us, embracing the wisdom and insights they bring so that we can continue to deepen our connection to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
We have a thoughtfully curated schedule of classes, workshops, retreats, and events infused with ritual and intention, designed to support us in honoring the seasons and the cyclical nature of life.

FAQS
Some things to be aware of, and community guidelines
-
No, we have made the conscious choice with the best interests of our community and teachers at heart to not have memberships or class pass.
As an independent studio with the space only for small groups, drop ins allow us to support and pay the teachers a more sustainable pay whilst keeping the studio a nurturing place for you.
We believe this will keep the quality of our offerings and the energy of the space one of passion and reciprocity.
-
We are based downstairs from the coffee shop ‘Specialty Cafetiere’
Go into the coffee shop, walk downstairs and follow the incense to the studio.
-
No, mats and props are all provided at the studio, all we ask is that you clean your mat, put away anything used and take care of the props and space like they are your own.
Its also always good to have your own water bottle for classes.

Yoga is a sacred journey inward that invites us to awaken to our true essence. Through our practice, be it, movement, breath, meditation or mantra, we begin to peel away the layers of fear, limiting beliefs, and attachments that cloud our perception and keep us in the same patterns.
Each time we step onto the mat, we cultivate a deep presence, grounding ourselves in the here and now, and unveiling the wisdom that lies within.
Opening to the grace of surrender, compassion and acceptance, awakening to our interconnectedness and the cyclical nature and rhythms of existence, allowing us to see and experience the world through a more expansive lens.
Ultimately, yoga is a powerful act of awakening—an invitation to embody love, presence, and the unfolding of our authentic selves.
