  • Our yoga classes offer a variety of styles to support you through different energies and seasons. From the fluid strength of Vinyasa and Dynamic Vinyasa, to the body-led flow of Embodied Movement, and the deep stillness of Yin and Restorative Yoga, each class invites you to move with intention, cultivate awareness, and connect more deeply to yourself. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or deepen your practice.

  • A dynamic and mindful movement practice that builds core strength, stability, and body awareness. These classes focus on alignment, breath, and controlled movement to support functional strength and mobility on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels, with variations offered throughout.

  • A low-impact, high-energy class blending Pilates, ballet-inspired movement, and strength training. Expect a focus on posture, core engagement, and controlled, rhythmic sequences to tone and lengthen the body. No dance experience needed.
