Cancellation Policy -

All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 6hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you’re booked into a class and cancel with less than 6 hours’ notice or dont show up, you will loose your class and will not  be able to get a refund. If you have a monthly unlimited offer or unlimited member and you cancel with less than 6 hours notice or do not show then you will be charged for the class drop in price £14.

We understand that life happens so we give you one strike a month as we're not mean, but if it happens again you will be charged as we can only fit 8 people in the studio, someone else wouldn't have been able to book and simply because it is unfair.

Class start time:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment start time to come in and say hi and get comfortable on your mat.

Class will start on time and you wont be allowed in if you are late. We do not have a reception currently so dont take your chances.

Please note our cancelation/no show policy:

Cancelations can be made up to 12 hours prior to your class free of charge, and your credit will be added back to your account.

If you have a class pack and cancel after the 12 hour grace period or dont show up you will loose your class/credit.

If you have an unlimited pass/membership and cancel after the 12 hour grace period or dont show up you will incur a £10 fee.

Please understand that we are a small independent studio and we pour our heart and soul into every single class so we really appreciate your cooperation on all of the above to ensure that we can keep going and keep building this beautiful blossoming community.
